Einstein is referring to studying how the remarkable system of nature works within it’s natural cycle. How laws like gravity are constants. He’s suggesting we look at the cycle of life and that our time here on earth is temporary. He’s also making a covert statement about not getting lost in the busy whirlwind of our own mind. With so much coming at us daily, advertisements, demands, distractions, fearful news, family obligations, bills, the list is endless, we must calm the chaos. This is where a walk in the park or just to take our shoes and socks off and walk in the grass can bring our mind back into the grounding effect and alignment of universal energy. With a calm mind, we can produce more and handle our day more effectively.
Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.
Albert Einstein (1879-1955)
